It would be nice to design and/or implement cases for teaching core biotechnology concepts such as SDS-PAGE/Western blots, real time RT-PCR, and restriction enzymes. Great! Thanks. Vanderbilt’s SOTL website is very useful. The classification of SOTL studies as being either “what is” or “what works” really made me think. The lab module I designed had an enrollment of 10 and is taught once a year (fall 2014 will be the second offering).
