For all MOE teachers who attended the ICBL course, here is the link to the new Singapore handbook featuring investigative cases:

The upper secondary workshop is designed to:

1. Introduce teachers to the ICBL approach for teaching O level biology.

2. Illustrate how investigations, models, online resources and demonstrations can be linked to the cases to stimulate inquiry.

3. Demonstrate how using cases helps to develop 21st century competencies and scientific literacy.

4. Support teachers in planning the design, implementation, and assessment of an ICBL module.
